Do not purchase with Game online

I logged a complaint on 07 May for goods that till this day has not been delivered. When I called they gave me a reference number and said they’d investigate it. It’s now 29 May still no answer in regards to the non delivery of my essentials even though I have paid for it. I am reporting them to the ombudsman. I would not encourage anyone to purchase with Game online. No service and more than a month after placing the order they are still sitting with my money.
