DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GAME EIKESTAD MALL. ONCE YOU BUY YOU ARE STUCK WITH BROKEN GOODS NO WORRIES FROM GAME

The customer service in Game Ekerstad Mall is pathetic, First, they sell us an incomplete Defy microwave and after many back and forth, we finally took our own initiative and went to a different store and purchased a better microwave. We also purchased a Defy washing machine and after 1 month the machine is giving us problems. The consultant at Game (Not sure about her name) She is the manager in the appliance department told me that a technician will come to check it out but that was last week. Now we are calling again and they say that we must bring our slip into the store ..WHY????? We need to do our laundry and we do not have time for this. Please come and fetch the junk that you sold to me. This is supposed to be a brand new out of the box machine, so if it is giving issues now then I DO NOT WANT THIS MACHINE!!!!! I WANT A NEW AND DIFFERENT BRAND
