Do not order online from Game EVER!!! You will not receive your package
Constant lies and pathetic service with online ordering. Order takes ages and not yet delivered. Made false promises on Facebook that it will be delivered today, but the parcel is still sitting in a cage at the pathetic "courier" company called Dawn Wing. I am sick and tired of being **** to. Order #***
Do not ever order from Game online you won't get your parcel. I have seen many complaints against Game online. I wish I hadn't ordered online as now I've lost my money and I know my package will never be delivered. Game are *******!

Thank you for the reply. May I suggest you change couriers. Dawn Wing just cannot handle being a courier. The Courier Guy I've always found to be great. Usually a parcel arrives from JHB the next day to CT when I order off of Bid or Buy....
I did finally receive the order and I do understand staff issues due to Covid restrictions, but I think an email should be rep**** to right away there's no excuse for that staff can work from home attending to your online queries. The telephone side of things I can understand there are less staff available, but when I did finally get through I will be honest the persons I spoke to were helpful its Dawn Wing that's given you this bad name hence my suggestion to change couriers. I have ordered online before and the goods arrived quickly so it seems Dawn Wing has gone downhill a bit...
