Do not order from Game!!!

Absolutely ********** service from Game.

We ordered a freezer and they informed us that it will be delivered by latest 16 May. We ordered our meat according to the latest day of delivery.

We received communication on 14 Mat saying that the order is out for delivery but nothing arrived. I was still patient brcause the expected date was 16 May.

I sent a message on 15 May informing them that the freezer was not delivered even though it was out for delivery just to ensure that ot was not incorrectly delivered to someone else.

I received an email after I sent the above message saying my order has been delayed. That's it. No information as to how long the order has been delayed by and no reason as to why it has been delayed.

I messaged them on 16 May asking for an expected delivery date but I have received no communication. I sent them emails and messages but they do not answer.

I don't want to cancel my order and request a refund because from what I have read on HelloPeter it is impossible to get your money back.

This is honestly pathetic from Game. You used to be a household name and now you have become an ************* business.
