DO NOT ORDER FROM GAME

I paid and ordered from Game on 25 April 2025 and received an email to say delivery will take place on 26 April 2025 which I thought was a bit strange as it was very quick. Be that as it may, I still haven't received my goods and today is 6 May 2025. On Thursday, 1 May 2025 I made contact with Game via Whatsapp and again yesterday on 5 May 2025 only to be told there was an exception to my delivery, which exception was never raised at our Courier Depoot in Orania, but delivery would take place today. This morning I received a call from the courier guy to find out whether I was in Western Cape and I rep**** I am based in Northern Cape. I cannot understand how Game staff could send my stuff to Western Cape when my bill clearly depicts Northern Cape. I have raised another query with Game via Whatsapp at 10h15 this morning and I am yet to receive a response. I will never order from Game again they are *********** and useless.
