Do not honour their policies

Took my TV in for repairs on the 21 February. Go today and the product is not back when I query there policy which says 21 days the product is not back will replace with a product of same value get told no the 21 days excludes weekends. That is not what their policy says it does not say 21 working days but 21 days.
