Do not buy tv at game

I bought tv from Gamestores beacon bay on the 20/01/2022 a Aiwa 126cm or 50" led tv. I had to return it back on the 22/01/22 because of a big crack it had when i switched on in my house where s in the store the day i bought it had no sctatch and it never fell or no impact of pressure on it. So i went to the store i was turned down they did not repair or give me another tv or refund what is the warrant for if im gonna loose so much money with a broken tv now im stuck the manager gave me an attitude
