DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM GAME ITS A *******!!!!

Been a loyal customer of the Game division of Massmart holding for the past 20years and I always take the extended warranty when purchasing appliances well the time had come for me to actually claim against a Defy Ceran Top Stove which just cracked. Best part the stove wasn't even been used when it cracked. So I contacted Defy which has excellent aftersales about the stove. They did say it was covered by the Defy warranty but when I checked my receipt it was 5 months out of the factory warranty and now the extended warranty kicked in. So the question I always ask when purchasing the warranty, does the extended warranty cover everything the factory warranty cover and the salesman at Game told me yes it does. Well I contact the Massmart Holding insurance division and they tell me that glass is not covered but I did explain this is the cooking surface of the stove but the service was extremely pathetic and did not listen to any reason. Tried to speak to manager(Nevash Green) and reason with her to meet me half way but also hiding behind the fine print which basically gives them a reason to get out of any claim. Very bad management decision on losing a loyal customer for 20 years and continued loyalty from me and everyone I know. She really needs some training in customer service.
