DO NOT BUY SMALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AT GAME ON PROMOTION

Dear South Africans. Please do not buy any promotional electrical appliances at GAME STORES. I bought Promotional pack of Sunbeam Product. The Pack/Set included a Kettle, Two toasters. I bought the items on the 12/012/2019. The Kettle stopped working in June 2020 meaning its still under warranty i went to game centurion where i bought the products to go and exchange the kettle. I was than told i must bring the whole set as it was a set so that they can exchange it for me. I went back with the whole set and than i was told they cannot assist me as the set is not available any more. They can give me a refund. I told them i do not want a refund i want a new Kettle only because the toasters are working fine and they have been used.

CAN GAME STORE GIVE ME A SOLUTION OR SHOULD SOUTH AFRICANS STAY AWAY FROM YOUR PROMOTIONS. OR SHOULD I CONTACT SUNBEAM AND UNDERSTAND WJHAT IS A MEANING OF A WARRANTY.
