Do not buy phones from GAME

I hv been a loyal Game customer, last Year I bought a phone @Game Midrand & I ws told d phone was on a Year warranty, if it's damaged I would have to return it to the store, It got damaged & it also hd a virus, so I returned it 2d store, week l8er I received a call frm a lady telling me dey can't repair it cause it's out of warranty , 2 my surprise, I returned 2d store & I spoke 2 some1 there, they said it's still under warranty & d virus will b removed & fix the screen. They asked me how much money I can afford if Head Office asked cash 2 repair it. I said R250. A week later I received a call from d same lady, she said head office said I should pay R1200, I den spoke 2d store manager, he said he was going 2 investigate, he did call me back, after arguing with him, he said I shud pay R600 & they will pay the rest. I told him 2 give me until Month end & I will pay d R600, yesterday when I called to arrange, the store manager denied making arrangements with me. I ****ED @ these ******! I even arranged R7000 to close the account last Month but they still ****ing on loyal customers, GAME is bogus, I won't ****ing stop the insults until my phone is fixed! Or initial arrangement is met.
