Do not buy online from Game!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service from Game!!!! I purchased a fridge (order no: ***) received delivery on the 18 May 2024 however the fridge was badly dented! I immediately notified the delivery guys and they advised that they are unable to take it back as they are a private company. I notified Game immediately as it was purchased online and sent pictures as requested. The fridge was fetched on Tueday the 21 May 2024. To date I have not received my replacement. It has been a nightmare. Will you guys compensate me for all the food that have been spoiled???? I spoke to a supervisor Roshan who only makes false promises!!!! I will be taking this further if I don't receive feedback as soon as possible!!! I will take my business elsewhere as you guys are the most *********** company I have dealt with. DO NOT ALLOW ONLINE PURCHASES IF YOU CAN NOT DELIVER THE ITEMS!!!!!
