Do Not Buy Online From Game

Honestly wish this review was different. Firstly, I received spectacular service at the branch in Baywest, Port Elizabeth, friendly, helpful staff. However, if you are thinking of buying online DO NOT EVEN TRY! I bought two things, one of which I ended up getting at the branch and a second item, which was a liquid. Upon arrival I could smell the liquid had leaked and once I opened the bag the inside was wet. I phoned to log a return and I sent an email so the courier can come and fetch it. It has now been 7 days of back and forth emailing with a consultant that keeps saying she is waiting on the dispatching site and when I phone they tell me no one can help me, she needs to help me. Became so desperate I asked if I can just go to the store to return it, still no answer on that. Super disappointed, I have ordered online globally, it is a real shame that the service is this terrible locally.
