DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE THEY LIE WHEN THEY SAY YOU'LL BE REFUNDED

I ordered an Item online on a Saturday to collect in store, that afternoon the Eastgate branch called me and informed me they do not have stock and my order will be changed to a delivery option as one of their other branches has stock. The next morning I get an email that my order had been cancelled as suddenly now they have no stock.

I called in to find out what has happened the informed me I will be refunded within 2 -3 working days. I ecplained I would also accept store credit rather than wait for a refund but according to their agents "thats not possible and not their process" and I had to wait for the refund.

When I called back thuesday suddenly the refund process is not 2-3 days but now 3-5. When I called back wednesday it again suddenly jumped to 7 - 14 working days (I don't know about you I have never heard of a bank taking 2-3 weeks to transfer money).

I started becoming skeptical and told them I want the transaction ID and details of the refund supposedly processed already on Sunday to confirm the validity with their bank. Suddly I am being rude and if I continue to talk like that they'll hang up the phone... wow! I waited online while they eventually sent me an email with a broken attachment of the payment and when I said I cannot see or open it and asked that they give me the details over the phone or type it out... suddenly they are not allowed to give it over the phone and their system does not allow them to type on the email (BULL****). When you ask to speak to someone in finance, they cannot transfer and they are not allowed to give any contact numbers or emails. (AGAIN BULL****)

I don’t know how these ******* are allowed to stay in business.

I am still waiting on a refund that I don't beleive has even been actioned. And if I puck up that they **** or sent me false information my mext message will be on a lawyer and the refund amount will be the least of their worries
