DO NOT BUY FROM GAME STORES!!!

@Game Store Johannesburg CBD are a bunch of ******. I bought a Hisense H219 from them in November 2021. The warranty for that system is 24 months which means that my system is still covered. The subhoover stopped working so I took it to the store yesterday to book it in for repairs and the customer service lady kept on making calls to different people. When she got off the phone she said unfortunately the warranty is 12 months. I asked her how is that even possible when their Head office confirmed that the warranty is 24 months (I even have a call recording to confirm this). She said to me, come lets go upstairs so that you can speak to this people. When we got there, one lady immediately said "the warranty for that system is 12 months (you could tell, that it is the lady that the customer service agent was speaking to on the phone). She then said "it is 1 year in the store and if I want the warranty to be 24 months I have to call Hisense directly and make that arrangement with them, even the booklet in the box say same" . I mean where have you ever heard of such nonsense in your life??? So being the kind of person that I am, I asked her to open one of the boxes and show me where it says 12 months, she opened the box and took out the booklet and I can confirm that there is no where in the booklet where it says such nonsense and she was not able to find such information as I had insisted on seeing what she was saying in black and white. They then said they need the name of the person I spoke to at the head office. I mean what are they going to do with the name really? and they were actually shocked when I told them that I will definitely get that name for them as I called using my work number and all our calls are recorded. I heard the Customer service consultant telling that lady that unfortunately we cannot book this system in, we have to give her another one. So Game Store is giving its customers the run around when they have to do right by them. I need my system fixed or given a new one or a refund because I am not going to let this go until you do what is right by me. Even on their website, it says the warranty is 24 months.
