DO NOT BUY FROM GAME ONLINE ANYMORE, YOU WILL HAVE YOU WASTED AND YOUR MONEY ****** POSSIBLY

I bought a 3d printer on the 25th for same day collection online. On the 26th they changed my collection to delivery, upon asking why it was done without informing Me they said it's for my convenience as there was no stock in my area to collect.

I checked with them regularly with no proper feedback for 6 working days by which game online customer services called today they order has been cancelled due to no stock, I was told this on the 3rd of February and have since not been communicated to by email, sms or call on my refund and when I call I am always asked what bank I used and that it's with Head office.

I since decided to right a review here and report to the head office of Game, hopefully they will but I will In the meantime lodge a complaint as well with CGSO, I am planning to personal go visit the offices perhaps help might be quick as it seem when you are patient and calm they don't take matters serious, escalation might be fair from my side too.
