DO NOT BUY FROM GAME Kolonnade!! WORST SERVICE

I bought a Canon printer from Game. I have taken it in for repairs on 15 March, Today is 13 April haven't heard from them. I keep phoning and then I must hear someone will call you back! That someone must have died because NO ONE phones me back! I logged a complaint with Game SA and they followed up with the store so apparently there is no feedback so it tells me Game Kolonnade finds it very difficult to pick up the phone and call Canon. Game SA assured me someone form the store will call me. Again no one phoned!!! Absolute **** service! When you go into the store the staff is always chatting to one another that is why they are not able to do their jobs!!!!
