DO NOT BUY FROM GAME

DO NOT BUY FROM GAME ONLINE!!!! SYSTEM DOES NOT GET UPDATED. YOU WOULD MAKE PAYMENT. YOU CALL THEM NEXT DAY ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY DO NOT HAVE STOCK. I called GAME Kenilworth 5times Monday no answer. I called Promenade no answer. Called Kenilworth again someone finaly answered. Asked about the washing machines told the 1 I wanted was out of stock, Infact that all stores are out of stock! I should buy 1 online as they do have stock. i checked Tuesday again to see that they have stock. Showed they had stock made a payment. Called the next day only to be told there is no stock and that i would receive a refund which will take 7 to 14 working day!!!!! unacceptable!! Game will not be waiting 7 to 14 days for my payment!! I spoke to 4 people regarding this at the call centre. Each giving me different information. I have an email stating that they have found stock for me at Kenilworth branch and that they will call me with information of delivery. Got another email stating a refund has been processed and no one tried calling me to let me know what has been happening!!!! I am now sitting with no washing machine and no money. I called them again this evening and demanded to speak to a manger they told me it will have to be logged!! I requested again a few times to speak to a manager! Told me to hold on and they put the phone down!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM GAME ONLINE THEY ARE USELESS!!!! I sent emails to head office and no response!!!!
