Do not buy from GAME and do not use GAME ONLINE

Game online, maybe it's normal to YOU for customers to phone in regularly seeking updates on their goods, BUT to many of us it's not normal. We should not be phoning in and be put on hold for more than 10 minutes because of your INCOMPETENCY. I ordered a product 17 working days ago and no updates from your store. Your business is not doing well, but still you are not putting an effort to correct what is OBVIOUSLY wrong with your business. You do not RESPECT your customers.
