Do not buy appliances or phones at Game

I bought a phone at Game Samsung A05 for my son to use for school. Within a month it wasn’t charging. I took it back and they told me I will have to wait for 21 days although their policy says “ Game will repair and replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods or *refund you the purchase price that you have *” the or refund you part really doesn’t exist. Instead they refer you from pillar to post instead of refunding you. Now they have my money as well as the phone with them. My son can’t attend his online classes because Game and samsung are selling defective products. I really regret buying at game and samsung phones are no longer durable like they used to.
