Do not buy appliances from Game

I purchased a TV that had faults early 2022. Reported the issue from February 2022. The TV was only collected late February 2023 after the warranty had expired. Now they are refusing to refund me or repair the TV. They purposely decided to book collection after the warranty. Game your services is disgusting and now they are refusing to give me my communications from February 2022.
