Divine Customer Service from Game Store West Street Durban

I arrived April 29 from Thailand and needed a universal plug to charge my laptop and phones and went to Game for assistance. The electric department consultant tried the plugs, which sadly did not fit the Thai appliances. The consultant directed me to the store where I could buy the required connection. I ended buying the bottom end of the laptop cable charger end at only R100. Thank you for the great service, for going the extra mile to get my appliances connected despite the store not having what I needed. I buy most appliances at Game Store for years, even for my mother's house and family members because their products are reliable, durable and have a guarantee.
