Dissatisfied,Annoyed,Troubled

I am very disappointed because I bought a UCAN 4door wardrobe only to find that it has some missing components.First of all Game no longer delivers and installs BIC so I had to travel over 30km to collect it only to find missing parts and I was then asked to return it after I had already paid for installation of the cupboard.I pleaded that they deliver the missing components rather than incurring more costs of returning it.Today I tried to finish the installation only to find that all the doors are skew and it looks like a donated wardrobe after spending R4000 on purchasing it.Game demands that the cupboard be returned to them so I can get a refund.I asked for a discount on the wardrobe so I can pay someone to alter the doors since dissembling again will cost me more but game insists on wasting my time further by returning it and still insisting I wait for my refund after that.My house is a mess and I find it very annoying to stay in this mess for another 7days.Game is hiding behind UCAN and saying that they outsource the product but that’s a weak defence because Game is also earning commission from this product so they also have a responsibility to keep me as their customer satisfied.I am so dissatisfied and disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone buying BIC from Game Stores.I wasted my money and time clearly Game stores doesn’t care about their customers.
