Dissatisfied with GAME RSC

I have an account with game that I normally pay 25th each month. So, December we got paid early, on the 8th of December 2023, and I thought let me pay my account early. To my surprise I received an email yesterday 11th January 2024, saying I am in arrears, then I called the head office to find out what are they talking about, lady I spoke to said everything is sorted I will receive an email within 48 hours to say everything is sorted. To my surprise today 12th of January I receive another SMS saying my account is behind, I called again the lady said I made early payment which went into November payment and there is nothing that they can do, how is that possible?

I feel like I am being punished for doing the right thing by paying when I received my salary early.
