Dissatisfied service received on my online purchase

Pathetic service ever received. I purchased an electric blanket online on the 02.06.2021 and to date have not received delivery of my order. I called the contact Centre over 5 times, and no one was willing to assist me. I even requested for one of the managers to call me, that didn't even happen. This is not the service that i expect from such a huge retail store. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

All I want is a refund and I will source the item from another store that actually values their customers.
