Dissatisfied service delivery

My service delivery is absolutely satisfactory. I paid a placed an order for a fridge which I did not get to date. After calling many times and spending alot of time on the phone trying to get through to the call center. My order was finally canceled yesterday and of which now I'm waiting for a refund. Days away from Christmas I have no fridge. I cannot do shopping due to not having a fridge. Come on guys a fridge is essential hence the amount of calls I made. They could not give me a reason as to why 25 days later they cannot deliver my fridge. Food us getting spoilt and also had to throw out milk which is going off. Trying to save on black Friday I ended up spending so much more money. And also to mention I was sick with covid and it's been really though on us. This is not acceptable guys.
