Dissatisfied, lazy staff

Game Middelburg mall, why is there so many staff but not one of them are willing to help, i app**** for credit and i got approved, i got 2 massages stating i just need to pick up my card, after 1 hour drive to get to the store they told me they can’t give it to me i must come back in 3 days and that there is nothing they can do…. I contacted head office and they told me that the store must give me my card I’m approved on the system they don’t understand why they don’t give me my card

Game Middelburg doesn’t have any contact details working either, why didn’t they call head office, I told the lady that i work and I can’t sort out this matter in the week, due to living far from the store and fuel being so expensive i feel that they could’ve just tried to assist me…. This is costing me to much time and money, there are many people that actually need a job, i feel that Game needs to get rid of that lazy staff and help the people that are in need of that job !
