Dissatisfied Game customer

I bought a maverick android TV box on the 23rd of August which I asked the guy who was assisting me that if it gives me problems can I bring it back for refund he said yes I can so on the 29th of August I came back with because it was constantly loading and i was not happy but Game lakeside mall they refused to give me a refund am so disappointed with Game and I will never buy from Game your products are not quality.
