Pathetic service at Game Newcastle by Lungile. I bought a brand new Defy washing machine early June 2024 and already I'm having difficulty with the washing machine. I phoned game and spoke to Lungi and she basically told me. We can only bring a technician out upon logging a case, they will not exchange it for another one.
