Dissatisfied customer

I will never ever buy appliances at Game Centurion mall, I bought a defy fridge and as we speak the fridge is not even a year old and it is giving problems when I call the store they are directing me to Defy as if I bought the fridge from Defy.

The Defy technician who was sent to come and fix my fridge couldn't even do a proper diagnosis and only changed some parts then he left.

The fridge only worked for a couple of hours then it stopped to work, when I engaged Game stores they told me that it is now out of their hands and Defy is the only one who can assist.

I was sold a faulty fridge and now no one wants to account.
