Dissatisfied customer

I recently sent my shox ghetto boss for repairs for the 2nd time and yet again its still not in working condition.. I purchased it on the 23rd of nov 2018 and ever since then i could not use my item. Initially the item was broke, on second occasion it did not come on, on 3rd occasion it did not charge, i requested a new device as this one was fixed twice before. The store Game then told me they will fix it and they sent it for repairs, now the lights arent working. I am utterly dissatisfied. I will not be supporting Game anymore as every item i had purchased from Game i had issues with, for example i bought a washing machine and after 7mnts it stopped working( the motor was gone) a blender i bought also stopped working, also an iron and a sound bar. We currently have a Game account of which we are going to close. Game stores hold inferior items and i will never visit another game store again.
