Dissatisfied customer
Went to Game on the 11November 2020 because their new cell phone deals for contracts started but to my dismay they had the product but the deals code was not loaded into the system.I then asked the sales lady if I could go to a other store but she then said that none of the stores codes were loaded.She politely took my husband's number saying she will contact us as soon as the codes were loaded.Today the 12 November 2020 no contact yet.My point is how can you advertise deals if you or codes is not loaded should you not make provision for these type of things

13 Nov 2020, 12:15Good day went to Game Zevenwacht Mall this morning and we received excellent service. Both consultants were very friendly and helpful and we managed to get a contract.If there were more consultants like that I would not mine telling my family and friends.But yet no contact from Game Somerset Mall maybe we will get a call next year if they still have our number
