Dissappointment in Game

Game Empangeni customer service is very disturbing. I had bought a bike for me 3 year old in June 2020. Ever since I bought the bike she used it indoors but when we decide to take it to the road it starts having issues due to quality.We as parents not everytime we end up keeping slips and this time is what happened ...The worst ever is not having my slip because this bike was takennin about 3 times to be sorted until I had enough .I sent mails after mails and eventually contacted the supplier Raleigh .Raleigh requested Game to give me a full credit but ever since the email from supplier Game store hasnt contacted me or rep**** to any emails but yes I fo get mails that its been esculated by now with such mails this should have reached the CEO even. Till date I still have a bike that cant be used and no feedback .
