DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

We bought a new fridge and I am very disappointed to say that such a big brand has such poor service and I apologize to the one guy who was very helpful and accomadation but the delivery destroyed my view on the company I would defenitly not recommend or ever purchase an appliance through Game again, firstly the driver kept postponing the time even after I expressed the fact that I had something to do all the way from 12 in the afternoon and eventually at past 6 the fridge arrived they dropped it off and took off again with no guidance whatsoever just for us to discover that the back of fridge had been dented in a few places and yes it is the back of the fridge sure but it's also a brand new fridge I paid for and when I did call to confirm with the driver a simple I'm not sure you should call the call centre ended the call.
