Good day, First of all I would like to say thank you for the afford and time that has been put in to assist me , and also a special thanks to Lufuno for his great customer service, unlike Sonia Mkhencele who was not helpful at all. They told me that I will be sitting without a microwave for about two weeks, now this is a really big inconvenience for me. I told Sonia Mkhencele that this is a very long time and I asks if they can replace or refund me then she has the audacity to asks me “ what will Game do with a second hand microwave” I mean really? I told her that I`m a customer of Game not a customer of LG and that Game needs to sort that out with Lg, and she told me that LG will send me a quotation if I need to pay for something?? Pay for what?? That microwave is only 2 months old. I don’t want to be difficult but in my personal opinion I think this is really unfair towards me as a consumer. If LG fix the microwave what guarantee do I have that two months down the lane the exact same thing won’t happen again and I asks Sonia and she told me ja but we not sure if that’s gonne happen and I must remember the microwave is 3 months old and it’s not. I also work in retail and we also deal with electrical appliances and suppliers if a customer bring something back we keep our client happy and sort the rest out with our supplier we don’t give them attitude. I took my business to Game for a good reason. If I’ve known this would happened I would’ve never taken my business to Game. It’s not my fault that LG`s products are faulty, I bought that microwave so it will last me for years not two months and to be quite frankly I don’t feel comfortable to use that microwave again or a Lg product for that matter. All I want is that Game should replace my microwave or refund me and then Game can ask LG what they should do with a second hand microwave. Now I know for future references not to buy anything from Game cause I`m scared I might be getting the same treatment. Regards Leozel.
