Disrespected by Game Manager because Iam a lady

Just over 1 month ago I went to Game in Promenade Mall Mitchells Plain. A Mall I normally dont go to. I went to buy a gift for my daughter and just some extra things to modify my house. I then added a Netball net and netball to my trolley as a gift for my daughter. As I moved on, i looked over at the Trampolines and to my surprise I noticed a huge yellow price on the trampolines with a huge price of R199.00. I rushed over there and double checked the price and that was the only price. There were no other price labels or prices on the Trampolines but the yellow one. I then asked one of the workers and she called the person who works in that department. That worker came and his face dropped because he knew it was their fault. I told him ill like one of the Trampolines please. They have been Misleading the customer. He didnt even talk to me but walked away and called another lady who shouted that she will go look on the cameras to see which staff member put that price on there. Nobody knew the actual price of the item because I asked the department worker aswell and other staff and there were no prices on the item besides the yellow one. Then one worker told me they coming back to me now. I waited for about 10 minutes and then a tall guy came towards me. I had no idea who this person was but he didnt greet or introduce himself or apologise for keeping me waiting for so long, he just rudely and abruptly told me "oh no you not getting that item for that price". I stopped him and said who are u. Then i looked at his name tag that read Andre Prince. I asked him who he is. He said he is the Sales Manager. This guy was absolutely rude, respectful and like a bully. He was using his position, authority and big size to throw his weight around because Iam a lady and I was alone. He didnt give me a chance to talk but he saw some staff standing closeby also wanting to see what he will do, so he spoke extremely loud wanting them all to hear how he is in charge. He told me oh there is nothing you can do and you can go to my area manager but you wont get this item for this price. This disgusting manager didn't even apologise for the wrong price tag but insisted with an arrogant attitude that im not getting it for that price. I was so disgusted at this and left my trolley with all the items. I contacted Game Head Office and someone called me and they assured me that someone will call me to sort this out. It is over 1 month now and Iam still waiting on Game to take responsibility for this event. I felt bul**** because I was alone and Iam a lady. I expected Game to instruct Andre Prince to apologise to me and the least they could do was to give me that item for the price that was on the item. I felt victimised and belittled and a level of abuse. This is the kind of customer service people are receiving just because the Managers have no property training and people skills.
