Disrespected and unhappy customer

I went to Game for an exchange as the item i purchased on the 14/01/23 was damaged that's my child school bag which i paid R499.00 . To my suprised Tensie the Sales Manager told me that he cant change it for me as it was damaged by the child.i dnt understand paying R500 thinking im buying the best for my child to last but it only lasted her for one Month . Im not happy at all about his service as Management allowing to loose customer as he's not loosing anything but i feel he was just denying my complain cause im ancafrican taking advantage .i will not go to that Store anymore i work at Chris Hani ill rather do my shopping somewhere else where they will value me . So which means ive lost out and R500 gone to drain then i dont trust Game product as well as Management who don't care and not even willing to compromise just to save their customers.
