Disrespect and bad service

Game Trade route mall. I bought a bed wrap a few weeks ago. It was not what I had expected so I took it back. I got to customer services n waited for quiet some time to get assistance. Finally a lady by the name of Tiselane Nkuna came by. I told her I would like an exchange as this is not what I had expected. With a rude voice she says to me, according to the exchange rules I must bring the product in its right packaging. The bed wrap was still in its plastic and original branding. I then asked her if I should maybe iron it out because I do not know how she wants the product returned. She then screamed out her managers name and said I will wait for her. She then comes the manager by the name of Lindiwe Motaung. Tiselane tells her of how they cannot accept the return of the product, Lindiwe joins in and asked me as a customer will I want to purchase something looking like that. I told her I am a customer returning goods, I do not work at Game to know how to package things. Meantime they are both on fight mode. Then Lindiwe receives a call and leaves me hanging,I then have a convo with my sister,she returns and tells me how she will not tolerate third parties when she is assisting customers. The way she kept talking I was stuuned,never felt so disrespected in my entire life. The worst service from juniour staff to managers...who balances the equation at this store????
