Dispicable Customer service

I bought the JVC MX-PH3000 at the Game store at Mall @ Reds on the 26th of November 2017. Upon my arrival at my house I found out that the sound system does not work. I returned 1st thing today to be treated like a door mat. I have been waiting at customer service since 09:30 and its now 09:58 and I am still waiting to be attended too. The person by the name Modise (who has no surname) who works as a sales guy at HiTec comes walking to me majestically, he is very rude, very proud and refuses to assist me and told me to get my money back without trying to even retain me or see what the problem with the speakers are. I will never ever purchase anything from Game stores. If this how you treat your customers then you have a big problem.
