Dismal service from Game Queenstown

I went into Game Queenstown on Saturday morning for the purposes of purchasing a washing machine and returning a faulty fridge (for which I have already been given a credit by Hisense and discussed with the store concerned). The shop attendant (I believe his name was Siga), was disinterested, ill-informed (he gave me the wrong pricing on a washing machine, even after I inquired whether he was completely sure), lazy and rude. I was told he cannot help me with the return because, to quote him 'they are closed'. Bottom line, your chain of stores has lost a customer and moreover, lost out on the sale of a washing machine. I would address this with the employee concerned - he is costing you business!
