Dismal lack of service

Took advantage of a special offer on a Fridge Freezer and placed my order with Game Cresta on 7 January 2019. Goods were promised by latest 7 days after order. today is 18 January and in spite of calling every single day since 14 January 2019, I still have no Fridge Freezer. On Wednesday I was told they had no stock and would need to source from another site. I would be called back. Needless to say no one has called me bac**** Game, your service is absolutely pathetic. Your call centre agents are disinterested in solving queries and your follow up process is NON EXISTANT!!!!
