Dishonesty Regarding my Game Loan

I need to know where my account is as Game sent me a msg that my account is now with VVM. Then Game phones me for payment arrangements and I make the arrangements with them. Then Later on the say day VVM phones me and says no the account is with them so I make additional arrangements with them. I then phone Game back and they confirm where the account is and they confirm that it is still with them and not VVM. So now I have 2 debit order deductions arranged for month end and Im being told that i cannot cancel either. If i have a problem i must sort it out with my bank. What kind of nonsense is this? I'd cannot pay both Game and VVM for the same thing. I have phoned around and no1 can help me. I have been told to call Stephany Davids on ********** 000 but i never get through to this person.
