Dishonesty is King here
On the 20th of September 2015 at around 12:20 we visited your store. We left and in about 5minutes of leaving found that my dad left his back pack in the trolley when the parking attended (or what ever he is called took the trolley). IT WAS VISIBLE AND CAN NOT BE MISSED!!!. We rushed back and went straight to them to ask if they found the bag, I even phoned your customer care directly on our way to enquire. Can I just mention at this point, that your customer care rudely hung up.We eventually found the \one"who would be honest enough to take us to were he \""stored\"" the bag. When checking the content"
