Dishonesty
My husband went into Game festival mall on tuesday (28/11/2017) to buy a fridge, he was helped by a Mangaliso Dlamini who told him they've got the fridge in Stock and they will deliver on Wednesday(29/11/2017) which never happened upto today. We called them on 30/11/2017& 01/12/2017 and on both days we were told the fridge will be delivered and it never happened. They blame the people doing deliveries but it is evident they are *****. I no longer want the fridge, I want my money back and I will never ever bring my bus in essence to any game store. I will go somewhere else, also teach your sales people to be honest with customers. This fridge was a gift to my mother in law and you have spoilt the whole thing as I am so ****ed and unable to keep quiet about my dissatisfaction.
I WANT MY MONEY,PERIOD!!!!!

The delay is due to a back log in the warehouse after Black Friday but that is no excuse. Senior Management will contact you to discuss this matter.
