Dishonest Business Practive

I bought a printer at Game Alberton in January 2022 and when I wanted to print it didn't have the printing cable. I went to game on the 26 February 2022 to inquire and find out why was I wasn't told when I bought the Printer that it doesn't come with the cable and i need to buy it separate. When I went to the store the Gentleman working with Printers was assisting ladies who came after while I was waiting for him. I found this behavior uncalled for and completely out of order, I reported the Manger to the Store Manager (Kaver) and he was not helpful to say the least.
