Dishonest and unreliable employees - gameGame River Square mall Vereeniging

Very bad and terrible experience with Game Square mall in three rivers vereeniging. I will not do this again. I bought a washing machine tuesday the 28th, paid fir delivery and was informed i will receive it the following day 29th of august and uo to now i still havnt recieved it. The worst part is "I the customer" who has been **** to, i have to be calling them daily asking them whats going on, to make it worse "the person responsible will call you back and let you know" thats what they tell me and they never call back whoever the person is. I askd for the manager and spoke to some woman elsa who even told me more lies that i will receive an sms on the 30th and receive my machine, today is the 3rd of sept and no sms or call back. I have spent more time, money on airtime calling the store where the sales people rush to enter their sales codes when you pay and they dont care about customer service thereafter. I used to trust game but i will not make this mistake. I spoke to nthabiseng and she promised i will get a call but all lies. What kind of staff did this comoany recruit. I could have bought my machine somewhere else. Can the head office do something becaise this is not the first comment anout games lying staff members. Its quite disgusting and a shame really. Standards are really bad at Game store three rivers mall vereeniging.
