Disheartening service received from Pinky and Naledi.

The service received from Pinky (cellphone department) is so pathetic. I only needed to buy a pocket router but the service I got was disheartening. To think someone just brushes you off and did not want to even check stock from other Games. I had to go to the Customer Service and got a friendly lady who went to look for someone who can help me. Bongani Madikane, wow wow wow, the service I got from him. He went an extra mile. He even took my numbers as he didn't have some security access to physically check for me. He came back as I was waiting and tried to reach out to Naledi, she wasn't interested in helping.

Bongani, your professional customer service is very humbling. It makes a client feel valued and please teach your 2 colleagues what customer Service is as the one I received and saw them acting up, very appalling indeed. It is such a heartbreaking experience and one ask themselves how many clients are sent away and not helped like how Bongani did. Bongani, keep up the amazing service.
