Disgusting,Unprofessional &Pathetic Customer service Game P.E

Ohhh what a disappointment listen to this in July 2020 I went to the store to purchase a Trojan treadmill R100 which was R5999 and there wasn't any stock but they promise that it will arrive in 2 weeks and I was willing to wait for that and on the floor there was a display of a TR105 and I enquired how much was it, can they give me a discount and they said same price but they cant give me more than R50 discount. I paid my treadmill and went home to wait, Game Greenacres in PE is really pathetic when it comes to service they kept quiet until I wrote an email then they called to say I must come in there's a threadmill 2 months later only to find out it's not the one I wanted. I left and went back home it was quiet until I wrote an email to enquire about the treadmill then they called and promised to find one for me ,it has been like that till Nov when a Manager Gordon called to say they have finally found something better for me they will give me an upgrade i must come to pick it up .i refused saying they made me to wait from July till Nov so the least they can do is to deliver .The store manager promised to deliver friday and once again he **** and I had to be the one contacting them by calling and sending my husband there and they told him they will deliver Monday and indeed they delivered, guess what? TR105 I was angry ,furious with them because they **** to me and promised me something much better that is an upgrade since they kept me waiting for months without any updates. I called them to come fetch it and they said Gordon will call me and instead Geovan ,customer service lady and "floor manager " were taking turns calling me convincing me to accept this 105 explaining the benefits and I told them to give me the upgrade that they promised me .I am very dissapointed shame . Game you need to organize a virtual course for your employees on customer service because they will cost you a looooot of money. No one cares there ,no follow ups nor feedbacks are given to customers. I risked my life during L4 lockdown and went to buy cash but here I am in Nov I haven't exercised with the machine I bought in July. Please deal with this urgently
