Disgusting,Pathetic Service from Game

I bought laptop online on the 29th June and they told me I should wait for 7 to 14 days for delivery and that has passed and I followed up with them now and then and getting different assistance from call center now and then and they told me the laptop is missing between warehouse and courier company and on the 30th july 2020 i requested my refund till now no refund and still investigating the missing laptop and why should the company be punished for their carelessness, I have contacted Natasha,nolly, Alex,Patricia, also emailed them many time and getting same story at ***,***,*** also spending more airtime calling *** , I am done with Game they have my account number all I need is my refund, I am behind on sales because I don't have money to get another laptop till Game refund my money and my job on the line.
