Disgusting theft of my money

Sadly, Game stores uses all kinds of gimmicks to cheat customers from their money. I had a card with money on it which I obtained from a return. On three occassions now, I have been told that they are "OFFLINE". Yesterday, I was told that the money had "expired". So that is NOT my fault because I couldn't use it due to your store being offline. I believe it is a ploy to ***** our money. How can the money have expired? And no one is helping at all. I can't remember whether there is R1 or R1000 in the balance and it doesn't matter because the fact is that Game has my money. Why use such lying tactics to ***** our money.
