Disgusting services from Game stores

You know ive always been warned about Game stores appliances and now i know why,bought a microwave 3 months ago,stopped working today and i go to the store to exchange it and they tell me itll be fixed and sent back in 1 week.what nonsense is that?their reciept says 6 months guarantee this didnt even last that so how is it that they **** us like this...im def never buying anything there and will take this complaint higher!what do i do without a microwave for 7days when i have 3 kids!
